Fighter Fitness

Have you ever wanted to train like a fighter even though you may not want to be one? Fighter Fitness is unique in that it offers a full body workout that not only challenges the highly fit athlete, but it is also taken by people who have never trained in their life. Our Fighter Fitness class is for everyone, not just fighters.  This class is like having an hour of personal training, only with other teammates there to motivate you to get the most out of your workout.

6:00 am Mon-Fri

9:00 am Mon-Sat

4:30 pm Mon-Fri

5:30 pm Mon-Fri

6:30 pm Mon-Thurs
