Self Defense Classes
At this time we do not offer a specific “self defense class.” With that said, all of our martial arts classes will help to protect yourself if you get in a difficult situation. The classes that are the most applicable to self defense are classes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, and Karate. Each have their own style and focus so we recommend that you try all of them to see which is the best fit for you.
We also have self defense seminars from time to time. The biggest benefit of these seminars is to get new people in the gym trying the classes. We want to emphasize that they only way the techniques taught in these class will work when you need them the most is through extensive training and repetition. For that reason, we highly recommend that you sign up for at least one of our martial arts classes and then put the work in to sharpen your skills. Don’t wait for the next weekend seminar to start to your journey. The best time to get started is now.
