Boxing is one of the oldest fighting disciplines. It’s focus is on punching, defense, and footwork. If you want to learn the art of boxing, look no further than Valor Martial Arts.
Basic class structure includes warm-up, bag work, boxing technique, active sparring and boxing fitness. We have a wide range students from professional fighters to those who want to train for fun and exercise. Age range for this class starts at age 7 and goes up to some of our students who are in their 60’s.
Boxing in our gym is taught by lead instructor Emmanuel “Mannie” Brown. Mannie has 8 years of boxing experience, including multiple professional fights. He has taught Fighter Fitness for us in the past with a strong following. Mannie is excited to to build a program tailored for both competition athletes and people looking to learn how to box for fun and fitness.
